CSV Upload Guidance Notes

If you have a number of applications to process you can choose to bulk upload. 

Simply download the CSV file and input the data fields required. Please note any changes to the format of the file before uploading will result in errors.

For each applicant we will need the following information
  • Title
  • First name
  • Last Name
  • Address
  • Date of birth
  • National Insurance Number (please note that if the NI number is inputted incorrectly this will highlight an error after upload and will need to be corrected)
  • CSCS/ HS&E Registration number
  • Telephone number (This needs to be a mobile number for the card holder which will be used for the virtual card login)
  • Email (This needs to be the card holders email address)
  • Application Type (Either Virtual / Card / both)
  • Card Type (Either New or Replacement)

If there are any errors these can be easily amended after upload as incorrecly inputted information will be highlighted for you to edit.
